I enjoy helping clients reach their goal, whether buying or building their dream home, selling a home as they go through life's many changes or investing in real estate.  It is important to me that your experience from the first consulting appointment to the final stages of closing on a home purchase and settling into your new home is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. 

I continually update my knowledge and skills necessary to help clients through the many steps of finding the right home, finding a buyer for their home,  negotiating the contracts, securing the necessary financing, inspections and all the other aspects involved in the transaction.  My clients are first time buyers and sellers, experienced buyers and sellers,  those who are downsizing to enjoy their golden years, investors and relocation clients. I also am experienced in working with the challenges of  HUD homes, foreclosures and short sales. In every transaction my strength is listening to you, the buyer, seller or investor, to help you reach your goals as easily and enjoyable as possible.
